Can it wash cats, not just dogs?
Yes. The sealed cabin, 38 °C constant water, life-detection sensor, and ≤65 dB drying were designed with cats and anxious pets in mind. We can send wash footage of a Ragdoll and a British Blue. There is no fragrance system — scent sprays harm cats’ livers and kidneys, so we left them out on purpose.
Does it need staff on site?
No. Payment, washing, drying, and disinfection run unattended. The backend alerts your phone if the machine needs attention. Operators mostly visit to restock consumables.
What does installation require?
Mains water, a drain, and 220 V power (or your local voltage, set at order). The machine needs a roof or cover; for open-air sites use the PetWash Outdoor. Send a photo of your space and we’ll confirm before you buy.
How do customers pay?
Coins, bank cards, or QR codes, depending on the configuration. Nayax terminals are supported for North America and Europe. The machine works standalone or networked.
What if a pet panics mid-wash?
The e-stop button halts the cycle instantly. The radar and infrared sensors unlock the door on their own if no vital signs show for 30 seconds. The owner watches through the window the whole time.
How does it stay clean between pets?
After every order it runs ozone, infrared, and UV-C for 4 minutes — 99.9% of germs killed — and clears hair and waste water. No staff involved.
What is the lead time and minimum order?
Production is within 25 business days for both samples and volume orders. We work with first-time buyers on single units as well as distributors ordering in bulk.
Can I sell it under my own brand?
Yes — colour, logo, panel printing, screen language, voltage, and packaging are all customisable. You approve a design proof before production. A brand authorization letter is required for logo printing.
What support comes after delivery?
One-year free warranty and lifetime maintenance. If something fails, film it — our engineers identify the fault on a video call, guide the fix live, and ship replacement parts free with fitting instructions. Software updates install remotely.
Do you ship to my country?
